OCS expands with new Black Country site

International full facilities management firm, OCS Group has taken a new office block in the Black Country for five years, close to Junction 2 of the M5 in Oldbury, assisted by Bond Wolf.

The refurbished two-storey building, which measures 2,617 sq ft and comes with ten car parking spaces, has a mixture of open plan and glass partitioned offices and meeting rooms, with kitchenettes on both floors.

Steve Caddell, OCS estates director, commented, “OCS are delighted to acquire this site due to the quality of space and also central location, and were pleased the transaction was concluded quickly.”

James Mattin, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “The OCS Group were quick to identify Swallowfield Court as ideal for their needs as it lies adjacent to Junction 2 of the M5.

“This letting further demonstrates that even in these testing times, there is strong demand for quality office accommodation located within easy access to the major road networks.

“We have continued to see demand for office space during lockdown from a variety of user types.”
