Monika bolsters customer service with three new appointments


Monika, the experts in connecting teams and equipment, has expanded its team, with three new colleagues starting roles in 2023.

Samantha Hopkins joins as Monika’s new Project and Quality Manager, where she will be working closely with the customer service team to deliver on-time, and on-budget solutions to new and existing Monika clients.

Taking up the role of Supply Coordinator, Jessica Rosen’s new position at Monika will incorporate proactively anticipating and addressing supply chain logistics in a global setting.

Meanwhile, Monika’s new National Engineering Team Leader, Andrew Coombs, brings over 27 years as an appliance service engineer to his new role, and is excited to get stuck in.

He said, “I’m absolutely thrilled to be kicking off 2023 by joining the Monika team at such an exciting time. Monika has been at the forefront of technological innovations in the food safety sector for over 30 years, so it’s great to become part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking team.”
