Tasty by Greggs has just opened on the top floor of Primark’s Newcastle store, on Northumberland Street in the city centre.
This latest cafe follows the success of the first two Tasty by Greggs launches in 2022 in Primark’s largest store in Birmingham last February, and in the London flagship Oxford Street East store in October.
With seating for up to 114 people, Tasty by Greggs is the perfect pit stop after a Primark shopping haul and offers all the usual favourites ncluding sausage rolls, bakes, sweet treats and Fairtrade freshly ground coffee, with some added extras including iced lattes, regional stotties, hot desserts and pizza sharing boxes.
The cafe features sugar strand doughnut-inspired seating booths under an iconic Tyne Bridge structure, a sausage roll swing, selfie screens, interactive games and a special wall mural that plays homage to this famous hometown of Greggs.
