£475k North Yorks inn changes hands


The Ganton Greyhound, near Scarborough, North Yorkshire, has been sold through Colliers International, off a guide price of £475k.

The landmark 17-bed country inn is very well located, next to Ganton Golf Club, along the A64.

The Ganton Greyhound features a bar and dining areas, plus spacious and flexible accommodation. There's also guest parking and a large garden, as well as manager’s accommodation.
