Bean Coffee, the award-winning independent and ethically sourced coffee roaster & coffee shop operator, has appointed Stärka, the innovative leisure real estate advisory business, as sole agents.
Stärka will help grow Bean’s portfolio, which currently comprises 20 retail and office locations in the North-West, with a focus on 1,500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft fitted units in prime locations in the top 20 shopping destinations across the country.
This appointment follows the Bean signing for its new concept and upsized store on Liverpool One’s College Lane.
Set to launch in May, the space will feature a brew bar, where customers can enjoy single-origin filter coffees and learn the art of coffee making, a brand-new brunch and lunch offer, and a vast range of coffee equipment for the avid home barista or anyone wanting to drink better coffee at home.
The Liverpool One store will also support Bean’s mail-order offer in addition to the in-store experience.
