Sketch has announced the appointment of Angus Agnew as Guest Relations Director of sketch, London.
Sinead Mallozzi, CEO said of the appointment: “It feels like the right moment to appoint Angus to this new position at sketch. We recognise now more than ever that restaurants need dedicated teams to look after their guests. Angus’s natural humility coupled with years of wisdom and understanding makes him the ideal person for the role. We look forward to forging a long-standing working relationship together.”
Agnew has over 30 years’ experience in some of central London’s most renowned restaurants.
Commenting on his appointment, Agnew said: “After 18 years since I was the Lecture Room & Library Manager in 2005 when it gained its 1st Michelin star – I am absolutely delighted to be part of Sketch again, as Guest Relations Director. I am passionate about Hospitality and guests’ experience. Every day is different in my line of work which keeps it immensely interesting.
“The wonderful thing about Sketch at 9 Conduit Street in Mayfair is that it is such a magical place. Just by entering this unique venue, our guests already want to have a good time – our job is to help them and always enhance their experience. I love that and I am now back in the most perfect environment to do so.”
