Daisy Green Collection to open new restaurant in London’s South Kensington

The Australian-inspired Daisy Green Collection is this month set to launch its newest restaurant, Glamarama Green, in London’s South Kensington.

Founded by Prue Freeman and Tom Onions in 2012, the restaurant group has since grown to include 16 locations across London. This expansion features bars, restaurants, two floating boat diners, and a coffee van.

These locations include Peggy Jean at Riverside Green in Richmond, Timmy Green in London’s Victoria, and Ziggy Green on Regent Street.

The latest addition, Glamarama Green, merges the allure of Sydney’s Tamarama Beach with the historic charm of the nearby Victoria & Albert Museum.

The 1,600 sq ft restaurant boasts artwork commissioned from artists like Rose Blake and Collagism, a 40-cover outdoor terrace, a downstairs Green Room inspired by William Morris, and a vintage vinyl record player.

In 2021, the Daisy Green Collection raised over £1 million through a crowdfunding campaign aimed at supporting its ambitious expansion plans.
