Exclusive Collection has appointed Sarah Hewitt as Group Director of People and Culture. Reporting directly to Managing Director Danny Pecorelli, Sarah will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening the company’s culture. In her new role, she will lead people operations, ensure compliance, and oversee reward and recognition initiatives across the award-winning independent hotel group.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at International Airlines Group (IAG), where she led the development and implementation of the People and Culture strategy for the company’s global business services division. Her responsibilities spanned talent acquisition, reward, learning and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and HR operations. Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles across a range of global industries, including technology, healthcare, banking, and manufacturing.
As a key member of the executive team, Sarah will advocate for opportunities, development, and benefits that align with Exclusive Collection’s high-performance culture. Her appointment underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a people-first environment that supports individual growth and success.
