Millennium Hotels & Resorts partners with Maritim Hotels for cross-brand loyalty program

Millennium Hotels & Resorts, a globally recognised hospitality brand, and German hotel group Maritim Hotels have announced a new loyalty collaboration, allowing members of each brand’s loyalty program to earn points when staying at participating properties across both portfolios.

This strategic initiative enhances earning potential for loyal guests enrolled in either the MyMillennium or Maritim loyalty programs. It offers greater flexibility across a broader global hotel network—while preserving the unique benefits and identities of each program.

The collaboration will be formally established later this month with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa in London. The agreement will be signed by Saurabh Prakash, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, and Erik van Kessel, CEO of Maritim Hotels.

The MyMillennium Loyalty Programme features three membership tiers—Classic, Silver, and Prestige—each offering progressively greater rewards. Members can earn up to 20 points per USD $1 spent on stays and dining, along with tier-based dining discounts, birthday bonuses, and exclusive enrolment perks. Points are redeemable for hotel upgrades, amenities, and a wide selection of products from over 100 global brands via the MyMillennium Mall. Membership is free, underscoring both brands’ shared commitment to delivering added value and fostering cross-market loyalty through this partnership.

For guests, the collaboration offers access to an expanded portfolio of world-class properties and a seamless global travel experience. Millennium Hotels & Resorts is celebrated for its prestigious collection, including The Biltmore Mayfair in London, Grand Palace in Rome, M Social Paris, and the recently opened M Social Phuket. Similarly, Maritim Hotels features iconic destinations such as the Maritim Hotel Dresden, the elegant Maritim Hotel Bad Homburg, and the centrally located Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin.

Saurabh Prakash, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer commented: “At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we’re constantly looking for ways to elevate the guest experience. In joining forces with Maritim Hotels, we are expanding the reach of our loyalty ecosystem across complementary markets, offering our members greater flexibility and recognition wherever they travel. It is a testament to our ongoing commitment to customer centric innovation and strengthening our position in key international destinations.”

Christophe Ciadella, Vice President for the EU Region, Operations & Asset Management added: “This milestone collaboration represents a step forward in recognising guest loyalty across broader travel experiences. It adds meaningful value without diluting the unique benefits that make each loyalty programme distinct. We’re proud to partner with Maritim Hotels to offer our members even more way to be rewarded when travelling.”

Erik van Kessel, CEO of Maritim Hotels said: “We’re proud to partner with Millennium Hotels & Resorts for this collaboration. It reflects our shared commitment to delivering seamless global hospitality, while giving our loyal guests more rewarding experiences across an expanded international network, without compromising the unique spirit of either brand.”
