Really Local Group is to open a 14,000 sq ft cinema and events centre in Reading this summer.
The company is re-purposing the ground and first-floor unit of the former Argos store in the Broad Street Mall.
The new site will include: Food kiosks, Outdoor terrace seating area, Cafe run by Compound Coffee, Four-screen cinema screens, Bar, and Live events.
Really Local Group creates and restores cultural infrastructure through the regeneration and renewal of the UK’s high streets.
Last year, the company opened a similar venue called Catford Mews in Lewisham which it says has proved to be a popular community hub.
