CG Restaurants & Bars is to open three new Dirty Martini bars in Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, taking the total brand portfolio to 11 sites by the end of the year.
The 6,700 sq ft three-floor space in a former retail and office space in Deansgate, Manchester, will open first.
The company will then launch the next two sites which includes a 250-capacity space in Leeds. An investment of £800k will see this site transformed it into the successful bar concept.
In Birmingham, the group has agreed a lease with property group REI for a site that was previously home to Viva Brazil. CG Restaurants & Bars will invest £950k in the site before opening at the end of the year.
