London based operator CG Restaurants and Bars has secured its fifth Dirty Martini bar near St. Pauls Cathedral in London.
Formally Jewel Bar, owned by Novus Leisure, the venue is located on Wood Street and is set to open in November.
The company recently revealed plans to open a venue, Clause bar, in Monument in October and has plans for two more locations in the first half of 2015.
CEO, Scott Matthews said, 'We are inundated with demand from both walk-in and pre-booked business.'
'Our search for new sites is ongoing and we are in active negotiations on two further locations which we aim to open in the first half of the new year.'
