InterContinental London - The O2, managed and operated by the Arora Group, has announced the appointment of Holger Marass as Director of Operations.
Holger has over 16 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, beginning in his native Germany at Hilton Munich City before transferring to the Hilton London Metropole in 2006.
He subsequently worked at several 4- and 5-star central London hotels, including most recently as Food and Beverage Manager at Park Plaza London Riverbank & Plaza on the River (part of PPHE hotel group), before joining the Greenwich Peninsula-based InterContinental London – The O2 this month.

Holger is a top-level professional with a wide breadth of experience in the London hotel market and an excellent ability to motivate and lead teams. With several F&B outlets, a spa and extensive M&E facilities at the hotel, my focus initially will be on working closely with Globy and the rest of the fantastic hotel teams to ensure that the highest standards are set and that our guests always leave with highly memorable experiences.”
