Pan Pacific London names new Director of Food and Beverage

Pan Pacific London has announced the appointment of Andrea Signanini as its new Director of Food and Beverage.

As part of his responsibilities, Signanini will be in charge of Food and Beverage operations throughout the entirety of the luxury hotel, including its six outlets, in-room dining, and banqueting services. His primary objective will be to maintain the highest standards of service, ensuring guests enjoy an unparalleled luxury experience.

Bringing over 12 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Signanini comes to Pan Pacific London from The Marylebone Hotel, a Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) brand and a member of the Doyle Collection, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage. During his tenure, he not only spearheaded operations but also played a pivotal role in instigating transformative changes within the F&B department. One notable achievement includes the conversion of its lobby bar into a highly successful Cocktail Bar under his guidance.

Before his role at The Marylebone Hotel, Signanini served as the Hotel Operations Manager at The Baglioni Hotel. Prior to that, he spent five years at Hotel Café Royal, where he progressively advanced to the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. During his time at Hotel Café Royal, Signanini led various significant projects, including the establishment of Cakes & Bubbles by Albert Adria and the introduction of the Green Bar. Moreover, he played a crucial role in managing the property's reopening, strategising, and reorganising efforts amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Andrea Signanini, Director of Food and Beverage at Pan Pacific London commented on his new appointment saying: “Pan Pacific London is one of London’s leading hotels and the multiple awards it’s won in just two years is a testament to the team and its commitment to offering a luxury guest experience. I’m incredibly excited to be joining the team and to delivering memorable F&B experiences to our guests, from breakfast through to cocktails and dinner as well as in-room dining and events.”

John Kelly, Hotel Manager at Pan Pacific London added: “We are delighted to welcome Andrea to the Pan Pacific London team. I am personally eager to collaborate with him as we enter our third year of operations. Andrea’s extensive industry knowledge and experience will provide valuable insights and I look forward to the positive contributions he will make to enhance our team and elevate the F&B experience throughout the property.”
