Cosmo is to create 80 jobs at a new £2m restaurant due to open at Trinity Place in Nottingham in November.
The new outlet will have themed sections showcasing cuisines from countries including Japan, India, Thailand, China, Mexico and Italy.
It will also boast three separate kitchens, eight live cooking stations, 80 metres of self-service counters and VIP rooms for private parties.
