Emmanuele Selvaggi has been promoted to Hotel Manager at Rosewood London in Holborn.
Bringing over 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Selvaggi began his career in the rooms division at Four Seasons Boston and went on to hold senior roles at the brand’s properties in Geneva, Doha, Prague, and London.
He also served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Florence before returning to London in November 2021 to join Rosewood London as Director of Rooms. In 2024, he led the property to achieve its highest upselling revenue since its opening in 2013.
Tessa Gorman, managing director of the Rosewood London, said: “Emmanuele has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership and operational excellence during his time with us. His promotion to hotel manager is a natural progression that recognises his significant contributions to our success. His deep understanding of luxury hospitality and commitment to our team and guests make him the ideal leader to guide Rosewood London forward.”
Selvaggi said: “I am honoured to take on this new role at Rosewood London, a property I have grown to love deeply over the past three and a half years. This promotion represents not just my personal journey, but the collective success of our incredible team. I look forward to continuing our tradition of exceptional hospitality while exploring new opportunities to enhance our guests’ experiences and strengthen our position as London’s premier luxury destination.”
Housed in the historic, Grade II-listed former headquarters of the Pearl Assurance Company, the Rosewood London offers 264 guest rooms, 44 suites, 11 event spaces, and the Holborn Dining Room restaurant.
The Hong Kong-based hotel group will expand its presence in the city with the launch of its second London property, the Chancery Rosewood, opening on 1 September.
