Creams to open two sites in Wigan & Blackburn this month

Creams Cafe, the UK’s leading dessert destination, is set to further extend its reach with two openings agreed under a new partnership with Park Garage Group.

The sites will open in Wigan and Blackburn in April and come in response to seeing a rapidly increasing demand for the brand within the North of England.

Boasting a prime location in Park Garages Wigan, just a stone’s throw from the DW Stadium, the new Creams Cafe is well placed to meet the needs of sporting event visitors, residents, and those passing through and in need of a refuel.

The kiosk-style format spans 50 m sq and will trade seven days a week as well as offer delivery within a 5km radius.

Creams Cafe at Park Garages Blackburn is a larger space accommodating 10 covers across 120 m sq and will also open seven days a week and offer delivery.

Both new openings will offer Creams’ classic menu of over-the-top desserts and sweet treats, including loaded waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes and cookie doughs, alongside Creams’ exclusive blend of coffee, ground and roasted in the UK, served alongside custom-made cakes and doughnuts.

As well as dine in and take-away, Creams Cafe Park Garages Wigan and Blackburn will also be available for home delivery via Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.

CEO Everett Fieldgate remarked, “Despite the challenging current economic climate, we have had a really successful start to the year and we’re very fortunate that we are in a position to continue opening more sites across the UK, such as these two in Wigan and Blackburn.

'This partnership with Park Garages is another big moment for Creams, allowing us to reach yet another new audience, and also to continue our expansion in the North of England.”
