ISS UK & Ireland has announced the appointment of Graeme Cameron as Chief Operations Officer for its Operations Performance (OP) function, effective from 1st June 2025.
Cameron, currently serving as Commercial Director, will succeed Aidan Bell, who has left ISS after nearly five and a half years to take on the role of Chief Executive at a non-competing company. With 15 years of experience in the facilities management industry, Cameron joined ISS in 2019.
Camron said: “I stand ready, having spent my career at ISS working directly with some of our biggest, most innovative, customers, to bring that insight to bear as we seek to grow profitably through genuine, reciprocal partnerships. All the components are in place to create a world-class OP function that supports growth, efficiency, and compliance. I look forward to getting to work.”
During his time at the company, Cameron has been a strong advocate for driving profitable growth through new business acquisitions and fostering even stronger partnerships with existing customers.
Leveraging his commercial experience, Cameron will strengthen the function’s connections with commercial colleagues, ensuring that the customer remains at the heart of everything ISS does.
Scott Davies, Chief Executive of ISS UK & Ireland, said: “I am glad to have been able to appoint home-grown talent of Graeme’s calibre into this crucial role for our company. Graeme brings with him deep and varied experience not only of our industry, but also of performance optimisation, compliance and innovation that meets the needs of our customers and our company.
“His insight, expertise and enthusiasm, coupled with our vision of an extended remit for the Operations Performance function, recommends him for this role, which is central to the achievement of our shared strategic objectives.”
