Parisian group Tigermilk set to launch its first restaurant in London

A Parisian restaurant group renowned for its Latin American cuisine and vibrant interiors is set to make its UK debut with a London opening next month.

Tigermilk, which operates ten restaurants across France and Belgium, will open its first UK location at 127 Charing Cross Road on 12 June.

The concept is described as a “love letter to Latin America” that is “not authentic, not traditional, just full of life”.

Founded in 2019 by restaurateurs Nina and Alexis Melikov, the brand now serves over 3,500 diners daily across Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nice, Marseille, and Brussels.

Tigermilk’s debut London restaurant will accommodate 138 guests and showcase white and red marble floors, mirrored ceilings, tropical plants, a spacious open kitchen, and a glowing wall displaying over 250 varieties of mezcal and tequila.

The menu will highlight dishes such as chipotle-marinated T-bone steak, cochinita pibil tacos, fresh dorade ceviche with strawberries, and tableside-prepared guacamole. For dessert, guests can indulge in a maracuyá tiramisu—featuring four layers of passionfruit and cream—or a rich dulce de leche cheesecake.

While pricing for the London menu has not yet been disclosed, a press release described it as 'shockingly gentle'.
